Swedish submission wrestling champion Mikael Marffy, a.k.a Nacho Grande, wakes the guinea pig up with a perfect wrestling throw. The guinea pig responds well to the method in terms of wake-up efficiency. The method is, however, rather violent, which might conduce to a less balanced start of the day.
